If a woman is really interested in you she will flirt back and give you little signals that she likes to see you again. She will proffer doing something or meeting or conversing or getting together. She will make a point of how she simply enjoyed talking to you, at which point, you could say that you should talk again or some more and ask for her contact number.
If you are observant you can find out very quickly if a female is flirting with you or if she is just being polite. Now if she is serious about you, and you show confidence enough to not ask if she is seeing someone, you will usually score a few points with her.
