We can scarcely hear a level above where we are at. Such was Hitler's Germany. His countrymen had given up all hope so picking out one enemy to strike lifts the people up for the reason that they can hear that. But nevertheless this is NOT a fix. Anger is just energy soaring to confront so we can reach the next level.

Each and every level is only a rung on the ladder. Whenever anger is higher, consent to that and immediately ask, 'What is one particular thing I could confront? If perhaps you've been angry for quite a while, look ahead to being bored. It is a step on the way to being excited again. Always, your course is What can I create? How can I add beauty to this world?
Look for the next greater level. Be cautious of those at the next higher level trying to keep you only at that level for their own advantage. Seek strong people at the highest level that speak about creation, beauty, construction. Be cognizant that when you hear people two levels higher than you, if it disturbs you, or you don't trust them, that is you being stranded at your level. Never try to bring them down to a level in order that you can hear them. Avoid becoming a component of this chaos and slipping into low-level thinking.
